DCboL's Executive Board has 6 positions. At least 4 positions are up for election every August. Terms for the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer are for 2 years, and Members at Large serve 1 year terms.

President

Santy

Santy has been a member of the DCboL almost from the moment he moved to DC. As a newcomer to the city, he found a welcoming community among the members and friends of the DC boys, which he highly appreciates. He has served as Member-at-large for two consecutive terms before becoming Vice President of the club, role that perfomed for two more years.

Grim

Pup Grim is the current Bar Captain of the South Virginia Pets and Handlers and former Member-at-Large for Membership and Recruitment for the DC boys of Leather. Grim has been in kink for three years, a pup for two, and in Leather for about a year and a half. He brings Virginia to the DMV, and hopes to link leather clubs from Maryland all the way down to Southern Virginia.

Baroo! Hey there I'm Arcane. I'm the Member at Large: Club and Culture for the DCboL. I joined back in 2017. I had only been living in DMV for 2 years, I mean the boys during there events at the Eagle. It was such a wonderful that help me become more involved with the leather scene in the DMV; This group also help me become more open in social environments. A wonderful ragtag group which still holds true to this day, and I wouldn't change my experience for the world.

The DC boys of Leather represent an idea that gear and the ability to buy it does not make the kinkster. We are a home to anyone in kink regardless of means. Some of our first boots were battle scarred on loading docks and we wear our gear until it wears out. Kink is for everyone, just like the boys of Leather.

Matty

Matty is a long time Washingtonian and member of the Leather community who served as President of the DCboL when he revived the club in 2016. His motivation then and now is based on offering a safe and inclusive space for all identifying submissives; in the process radically redefining what brotherhood can look like. He is excited to help the club continue to grow and flourish as Member at Large: Club & Culture by bringing his unique background of community organizing and his extensive experience working in nightlife.

I’m Bumps and as a Member at large it’s my plan to help facilitate communication between members and board planning. Getting involved is one of the ways the boys can help the scene and I’m excited to share that excitement with you!
